CPS Project Director

What You'll Do for Us:
- Championing the delivery of operational plans and strategies, translating them into actionable and measurable projects.
- Directing and overseeing projects that span across multiple departments, ensuring collaboration and coherence among diverse teams.
- Commanding the execution of key departmental project strategies, setting a clear direction and benchmarks for success.
- Holding the responsibility for large-scale operational areas, products, or processes within a variety of business services, from general administration to security and facilities management.
- Driving resource allocation and decision-making processes to support the company's objectives and long-term goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience, with 10+ years in related fields.
- Expertise in program and project management, showcasing capabilities in organizing, managing, and synthesizing multiple initiatives.
- Advanced collaboration and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with various internal and external constituencies.
- A keen understanding of business planning, forecasting, and managing budgets, with an ability to analyze information to inform decision-making.
- Competency in leading through ambiguity and a continuously evolving environment, staying focused and maintaining clarity on objectives.
- Strong systemic thinking with a holistic view that recognizes the interconnectedness of different business functions and their collective impact.
