CPS AR Safety Analyst

We are seeking a Safety Analyst to join our team at the Warehouse site, located in Carlos Spegazzini, Ezeiza under a fixed-term contract through December 31, 2026. This role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, ISO 45001, and Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE).

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, analytical capability, and the ability to influence across functions. You will act as a trusted partner to internal teams and contractors while helping to strengthen and sustain our safety culture.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Identify health and safety risks and improvement opportunities using structured problem-solving tools, ensuring process conformance and organizational knowledge retention.
  • Support internal clients with risk assessments, contractor safety management, legal compliance, trainings, incident investigations, and health and safety consultations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, local legal requirements, and KORE, including participation in audits, government inspections, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of key safety programs, including fall protection, confined space, machine safeguarding, hazardous energy control (LOTO), ergonomics, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Coordinate in-plant health and safety activities such as Safety Week, monthly safety committees, and safety culture initiatives, acting as a visible change agent.
  • Manage and coordinate external safety contractors and consultants, including fire protection service providers.
  • Support Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives in collaboration with the BBS Leader and steering committee.

What Are the Qualifications Needed

  • Degree in Occupational Safety and Health
  • 3 years of experience in health and safety roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and follow-up skills.
  • Full-time, on-site availability at the site
