CPS AR Operational Excellence intern

What You'll Do During Your Internship:

As an Operational Excellence (OE) intern, you will play a key role in supporting CPS Argentina's operational success by assisting in process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning and Supporting OE Tools Implementation: Assist in the application of tools like Relentless Loss Elimination, Standard Work, Work Methodology and Cycle Time Analysis, and Workplace Organization 5S (e.g., Communication Center, OEE) to help teams achieve sustainability. (60%)
• Tracking Roadmap Progress: Help monitor and assess progress against OE milestones and roadmap goals. (10%)
• Participating in 5S and Reporting Activities: Support monthly 5S audits, assist in T-Card reporting, and contribute to follow-up activities to ensure accountability. (10%)
• Engaging in Process Optimization Workshops: Collaborate in Six Sigma projects and Agile Workshops, gaining exposure to value stream analysis and process improvement techniques. (10%)
• Identifying Risks and Supporting Continuous Improvement: Learn to identify food safety, environmental, and quality risks, and assist in applying problem-solving tools to address challenges and improve processes. (10%)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Accounting, Food Science, or a related field.
• Advanced standing in your academic program is preferred.

• Basic understanding of operational tools and technologies, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Flow, etc.).
• Interest in learning about overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and performance management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
