CPS AR Operational Excellence Analyst

As part of our Argentina Operations team, we are looking for an Operational Excellence & Productivity Specialist who is passionate about continuous improvement, Lean thinking, and building capabilities across the organization.

This role is designed for an active, curious, and collaborative professional who enjoys working with teams to improve processes, eliminate waste, and embed a strong culture of Operational Excellence (OE). The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, along with the flexibility and agility needed to support change. What You'll Do for Us (Requirements)

In this role, you will support the Argentina Operational Excellence (OE) team, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile implementation, while driving improvement activities across CPS Argentina. Your responsibilities will focus on sustaining an OE culture and enabling associates through training, project leadership, and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, organize, and sustain Operational Excellence and Lean initiatives across CPS Argentina to ensure compliance with internal and external audit programs and industry best practices (30%).
  • Drive productivity initiatives through Program Management Office activities, managing and administrating projects aligned with the Business Plan strategy and introducing Agile methodologies for innovation projects (20%).
  • Facilitate the identification and elimination of waste and variability sources, partnering with cross-functional teams to uncover value creation opportunities across the organization (15%).
  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive OE training programs, ensuring understanding and adoption of continuous improvement tools at all organizational levels (10%).
  • Support manufacturing process improvements through analysis and management of OEE, implementation of SMED and TPM, leadership of Kaizen events, and application of tools such as 5S and structured problem-solving (10%).
  • Promote process standardization across CPS and encourage best practice sharing to strengthen operational consistency and performance (5%).
  • Identify safety, food safety, environmental, and quality risks and opportunities, applying problem-solving methodologies to ensure compliance, knowledge maintenance, and continuous improvement (5%).
  • Encourage the development and use of digital tools such as Power BI and Power Apps, while motivating partners to leverage data and digitization in their processes (5%).

What Are the Qualifications Needed (Qualifications)

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, bringing energy and curiosity to a dynamic operational environment.

Required and preferred qualifications include:

  • College degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Accounting, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational areas such as Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, or other related functions.
  • Knowledge of the Coca-Cola System and strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Experience with strategic planning, project management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, MS Project), Power BI, SAP/BW, and process analysis systems.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong foundation skills including problem-solving leadership, effective communication, customer focus, teamwork, planning and organizing, negotiation, and systemic thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, foster collaboration, respect differences, develop knowledge in others, and facilitate presentations and improvement workshops.
