Commercial Strategy & Operations Intern
Overview
The Commercial Strategy & Operations Intern will support the Commercial Strategy & Operations team in shaping and executing winning commercial plans across brands, channels, customers, and bottlers at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. This role provides hands-on exposure to commercial strategy development, innovation execution, and cross-functional alignment within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. The intern will partner closely with senior leaders to help bring brand strategies to life in-market while gaining real-world experience in category management and commercialization. This role will have 1-2 projects to complete over the course of the summer, project details will be provided at the beginning of the internship.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of commercial strategies by assisting with analysis, planning, and execution across channels and customers.
- Help build amplification plans that translate brand and innovation strategies into actionable commercial tools for customer and bottler teams.
- Support cross-functional input and alignment throughout the project.
- Collaborate with brand, category, supply chain, and commercial teams to support initiative alignment and readiness.
- Assist in the development of presentations and materials used to communicate initiatives to bottlers and customer teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, a related field, or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in consumer goods, beverages, marketing, or commercial strategy.
- Familiarity with category management, commercialization, or innovation processes.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools, data, dashboards, or performance tracking tools.
