Commercial Finance Manager, NL & FBN

Key Responsibilities:
The role will include the following responsibilities:
Partner with the Franchise Operational Finance team/leaders to support Franchise and/or local customer activities at the market level, to help driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
- Monthly performance analysis focusing on volume and revenue in close collaboration with financial planning manager /country team.
- Input to the planning process (volume/pricing assumptions)
- Risks & Opportunities management - includes risk mitigation analysis, recommendation and action.
- Supporting Resource Allocation management and funding requests
- Supporting Country team to manage Bottler and customer relationships at market level.
Provide support to manage all Business Models/Margins within the countries, including:
- Updating System Profitability Analysis and review of incidence pricing at country level, including alignment with Bottler Finance team
- Strategic Customer Framework implementation.
- Incorporate the Margin Strategic Framework into operational business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company standards and manage the financials for third party (including customer) contract negotiations
- Assessment of project profitability (System/Botter/KO value chain analysis), alignment with Country team and Bottler Finance team, update of relevant tools/applications
Revised role will include the following responsibilities on top of the current existing role explained above:
- Risk and Opportunities management - lead consolidation of R&O developments for Northern Europe countries, acting as a bridge between FO LT and OU team.
- Drive monthly performance analysis for FBN VP and LT, supporting FBN FD in major monthly routines .
- Perform multi-Country analysis on FBN FO to drive strategic decision making related to System investments evolution and System Profitability analysis including Profit split.
- Support or act on behalf of FBN FD in relevant System and KO routines.
- Consolidate Resource Allocation requests related to FBN Countries Acceleration or Mitigation plan, ensuring visibility and follow up on market execution.
- First point of contact for FBN VP for any financial ad-hoc requests, connecting insights from Finance Country leads in a central FO narrative.

Requirements:
- >8 years of relevant working experience, in particular in Commercial Finance, Commercial Controller, or Marketing controller roles
- In depth understanding different business systems and business processes
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Self-motivator/proactive
- Ability and desire to build strong relationships across the Franchise System
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team
- Capable of articulating complex problems in a simple manner
- Presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent English level
Travelling abroad requirements: Travelling will constitute 25% of Employees working time
If the individual selected for the Job Position is currently employed by a Coca-Cola entity/Coca-Cola bottler (where TCCC has 100% ownership),OR a The Coca-Cola Company authorized Bottler (which has a Bottling Agreement signed with TCCC), his/her prior years of service at Coca-Cola will be recognized in the new JOB POSITION with the new Coca-Cola entity (where TCCC has 100% ownership). The offer acceptance for the new Job Position will be contingent on receipt of his/her resignation from the current employing entity. The individual will be eligible for and enrolled in the prevailing compensation and benefit programs as applicable on the date of joining the new Coca-Cola entity.
