Administration & Services Analyst
People Services: Develop procedures and maintain in control services programs for employees: Cafeteria, Incidences to Payroll, Uniforms, and delivery of local benefits for associates.
Facilities: Support on facilities services to enable CPSMX operation in accordance with company requirements and standards, local regulations, and safety conditions.
Service Providers: Analysis and reports of provider's expenses, and performance evaluation of suppliers for custodial services, cafeteria, security, mail services, cleaning services, and others.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company standards and internal control procedures, as well as supplier guiding principles and workplace rights policies.
Plant Operation: Manage all necessary services for plant operation, including facility maintenance, gardening, kitchen, meeting rooms, and parking lots.
Supplies Procurement: Handle the procurement of miscellaneous materials for operations and monitor associated expenses.
Communication and Events: Support on preparation of communications and local events in coordination with People and Culture and other areas
Financial/Job Scope: Identify quantitative factors for your job, such as volume, annual budget, customer contacts (i.e., # of bottlers, customers, etc.), and other major indicators of the scope and complexity of your job.
Budget : This position processes reports and assure control of data, reporting accurate and on time the incidences to the A&S Manager.
Organization Impact/Influence: Indicate the nature and level of your contacts within and outside the Company, as well as the nature and purpose of the interaction.
Internal contact with all departments.
External contacts with contractors and suppliers
Supervisory Responsibilities: List the number and type (full-time, part-time, contract) of your direct reports; indicate the extent of your involvement in supervision including hiring, conducting performance reviews, and terminations as well as team leadership, coordination of work assignments and other indirect supervision.
