Our services include the underwriting and distribution of new debt and equity issues, providing advice on strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and executing daily trading and investment needs.

Job Summary:

The Technology Delivery Lead serves as a leader and coach for one or more Releases/Projects. In a highly regulated environment, the TDL ensures predictable, high-quality, compliant value delivery at scale while navigating strict governance, audit requirements, risk controls, and security mandates using Agile and SAFe principles mixed in with some waterfall aspect.

This role is ideal for an experienced agile leader who thrives in complex, regulated settings and understands that in finance, predictability and compliance are as critical as speed and innovation.

Job Description:

  • Act as primary facilitator and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), guiding teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile and SAFe practices
  • Lead and facilitate major ART ceremonies, including:

    • "PI Planning" (Program Increment Planning) events, ensuring alignment on objectives, dependencies, and committed PI goals.
    • ART Sync meetings (Scrum of Scrums + PO Sync).
  • Proactively manage program-level "risks, impediments, dependencies", and compliance blockers - escalating to governance/risk committees as needed and ensuring issues do not impact release integrity or regulatory deadlines.
  • Escalate and help resolve program-level impediments that teams or Scrum Masters cannot address on their own
  • Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Drive "flow optimization" and predictability metrics while ensuring releases adhere to change management windows, rollback capabilities, and zero-downtime requirements. Foster a culture of improvement, and adherence to SAFe Core Values and Agile principles.
  • Support preparation for and execution of releases/deployments in coordination with Release Management/DevOps teams
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on agile maturity and scaling practices.
  • Communicate ART status, risks and progress to executive stakeholders and help manage expectations
