Job Description:

We are looking for someone to provide a broad range of systems and application support, research and analysis, administration, performance availability monitoring and management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics systems that simplify complex data problems into actionable insights.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
  • Create comprehensive reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization to support business decisions.
  • Evaluate and improve internal data handling systems to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with managers and users to gather requirements, ensure data solutions meet business needs, and maintain strong relationships across departments.
  • Design and implement data acquisition processes, ensuring scalability and performance optimization of the solution.
  • Create and maintain interactive data visualizations from multiple data sources, helping decision-makers understand key metrics and KPIs.
  • Continuously analyze data to answer key questions and provide strategic recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to write Stored Procedures, write SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data.
  • Work with functional team to understand business requirements and build solutions.
  • Document the technical design specifications.
  • Review and Manager IT vendor deliverables.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to mine, evaluate, and visualize data.
  • Strong proficiency with Python programming, especially data science libraries such as pandas, numpy and matplolib. Comfortable with version control and basic shell commands.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and data visualization principles.
  • Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business performance.
  • Experience within the Financial Industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a senior/lead role on a diverse range of tasks and may be relied upon to coach/educate others.
  • Strong subject matter expertise, as you prepare to provide teams, and/or project team with technical guidance and assist with highly complex troubleshooting/problem resolution.
  • High comfort level in leading the support of highly complex and/or comprehensive applications/systems and/or business lines.
  • Readiness to review, participate in and implement procedures.
  • Strength in consulting with other functional areas to provide technical expertise on area of specialization by acting as a reference on technology, trends and processes related to your own area.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and can work effectively with vendors to fulfill support requirements.
  • Leadership in enhancing knowledge/expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery.
