Job Description:

The Senior Operations Analyst, Change Delivery - Level 9 is a recognized subject matter expert responsible for driving transformative change across complex operational environments. This strategic role requires advanced analytical capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and an authoritative presence in project management. The incumbent will influence organizational direction, manage high-impact initiatives, and serve as a catalyst for operational excellence, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic change initiatives with significant business impact. Champion collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and solutions.
  • Advanced Analysis & Problem-Solving: Apply expert-level analytical techniques to diagnose complex operational issues, develop actionable insights, and recommend innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement and measurable results.
  • Strategic Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-risk projects. Define project scope, set strategic objectives, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain influential relationships with internal and external partners. Represent the operations function in senior forums, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating consensus on change initiatives. Provide clear, structured testing updates during project working group calls, management meetings, and to all impacted stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Testing Strategy, Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with impacted lines of business to design comprehensive, fit‑for‑purpose testing plans. Manage end‑to‑end testing responsibilities, including planning, execution oversight, issue identification, and defect management. Track testing results and drive timely resolution of issues through coordination with stakeholders and Technology partners. Ensure testing outcomes are communicated effectively and integrated into go/no‑go decisions and readiness assessments.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks and design robust mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring that operational processes adhere to compliance standards and promote organizational integrity.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Serve as a mentor and thought leader, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Provide guidance and coaching to team members, supporting their professional growth and driving high performance.
  • Process Optimization: Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of process improvements, leveraging advanced methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Breadth & Depth of Expertise: Utilize deep technical and business knowledge to influence decision-making at all levels. Contribute to the development of organizational strategies, policies, and standards that shape the future of operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in operations analysis, change management, or related disciplines within a complex, regulated environment.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytical methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert knowledge of operational processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change at scale.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management, including cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with executive leaders, cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Exceptional team leadership and development skills, with a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and guide teams toward achieving strategic objectives and operational excellence.
  • Breadth and depth of expertise across technical and business domains, with a demonstrated ability to deliver advanced insights, influence business strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
