This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the end-to-end development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Assurance procedures, resources, and communications.
  • Perform secondary-level quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Apply critical thinking and data analysis to validate alignment between processes, procedures, and system outputs, ensuring reliable data for quality review.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, strengthen controls, and streamline operations.
  • Act as a Quality Assurance subject matter expert (SME), supporting the design and implementation of scalable solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Assess support requests, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective, practical solutions.
  • Coordinate QA and compliance-related activities to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Support leadership through trend analysis, reporting, and insights to inform decision-making and performance management.
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL to develop efficient reporting solutions and optimize data workflows.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes to improve team capability and efficiency.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, risks, and exceptions.
  • Foster a positive, ethical, and collaborative work environment.

Customer

  • Support governance and control objectives by contributing to risk strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Participate in regulatory intake, impact assessments, and control mapping to applicable requirements.
  • Review end-to-end processes and controls to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization across business units.
  • Lead or support the implementation of policy, procedural, and control changes across functional areas.
  • Provide SME guidance on complex initiatives, including risk identification and solution design, testing, and implementation.
  • Monitor emerging trends and identify opportunities to enhance the quality, governance, and control environment.

  • Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, processes, and QA programs, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Acts as a technical and analytical resource within area of expertise.
  • Typically reports to a Senior Manager or above.
