Job Description:

The PMO Analyst provides governance, reporting, and delivery control support across a portfolio of infrastructure and technology projects. The role ensures strong delivery discipline, transparency, and adherence to enterprise standards across globally distributed teams.

Operating within a structured PMO framework, the role supports planning, financial tracking, reporting, and governance activities across initiatives spanning London, New York, and Singapore. The position requires advanced tooling capability, particularly in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and SharePoint, to drive efficient, auditable delivery management.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Delivery Support

  • Provide PMO support across infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with delivery frameworks and governance standards
  • Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery metrics
  • Track and manage RAID logs, ensuring risks and issues are proactively escalated and controlled
  • Support governance forums, including preparation of materials, actions, and follow-ups

Reporting & Tooling

  • Produce high-quality, standardised reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • Develop and maintain advanced Jira dashboards and reporting structures to support delivery visibility
  • Design and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, and macros to enable consistent documentation and knowledge management
  • Leverage Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting models) to support financial tracking, forecasting, and analysis
  • Maintain structured documentation and artefacts within SharePoint in line with audit and control requirements

Financial & Delivery Controls

  • Track project financials including forecasts, actuals, accruals, and variance analysis
  • Support adherence to approved budgets, scope, and timelines
  • Ensure completeness and auditability of project artefacts and reporting

Coordination & Global Delivery Support

  • Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies across geographically distributed teams (London, New York, Singapore)
  • Support alignment of delivery activities across time zones and business units
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between project teams, stakeholders, and PM leads

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to standardisation of PMO processes, templates, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, efficiency, and data quality
  • Support lessons learned and project closure activities

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven PMO experience supporting infrastructure or technology delivery initiatives
  • Advanced experience with:
    • Jira (including dashboard configuration, workflow understanding, and reporting)
    • Confluence (including advanced use of macros, page templates, and knowledge structuring)
    • Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis and reporting)
    • SharePoint (document management and structured repository control)
  • Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and delivery reporting
  • Experience working within regulated or controlled environments
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholder reporting

Desirable

  • Experience supporting global delivery teams across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of infrastructure delivery (e.g. network, end-user compute, AV, data centre, cloud)
  • Familiarity with enterprise delivery frameworks and audit requirements

Role Alignment - L08 (Project Support / PMO)

  • Provides specialised PMO support, reporting, and analytical capability across initiatives
  • Operates within defined governance frameworks with moderate complexity and oversight
  • Supports delivery outcomes through structured control, coordination, and reporting
  • Works across multiple initiatives with defined scope and escalates issues where required
