Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to own and evolve the EDMO Operating Model and organizational hierarchy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency across enterprise data management practices. This role is pivotal in managing governance tools, enabling transparency, and driving alignment across Business Segments and Corporate Functions. You will combine strategic thinking with operational rigor to deliver a scalable model that supports EDMO's mandate and accelerates execution. You are a strategic thinker and decisive operator who pivots quickly to evolving priorities while sustaining clarity, momentum, and stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Model Leadership
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve EDMO's operating model and organizational hierarchy.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to embed the model into day-to-day operations and decision-making.

- Own and manage EDMO governance tools (e.g., hierarchy management systems, workflow platforms).
- Oversee tool enhancements, data integrity, and user adoption across segments.
- Develop standards and procedures for onboarding, updates, and reporting.
Governance & Oversight
- Maintain authoritative records of EDMO roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.
- Monitor compliance with operating model principles and escalate gaps.
- Provide transparency through dashboards and reporting for executives and governance forums.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, and governance leads to ensure clarity of roles and accountability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hierarchy and tool-related inquiries.
- Drive education and awareness sessions to promote consistent application of the model.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree; graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 8+ years in data governance, operating model design, or enterprise program management.
- Strong understanding of organizational design principles and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise tools and processes with precision and scalability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to simplify complexity and influence outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
- Expertise in SharePoint, Power BI, and governance workflow tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Track record of driving adoption and cultural change across diverse stakeholder groups.
