The Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client segmentation is one of the most exciting and fastest growing spaces in the world of financial services. The TD Wealth Family Office is looking to hire an Associate to join their dynamic team in providing an exceptional experience to their Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Do you excel at client experience, strategic initiatives, and administration? We're looking for a dynamic professional who is committed to serving clients, colleagues, and cross-team partners. Associate - Family Office provides consistent and accurate administrative, analytical and client service support to ensure a legendary customer experience. The role requires working in a high performing inter-disciplinary team providing complete inter-generational wealth management services to UHNW Canadian families.
In this role, you will:
- Various duties in relation to all areas of the wealth management business, from maintaining and sorting databases of client information, to staying up-to-date and gathering research on securities and market developments.
- Prepare all documentation and provide updates to the Portfolio Manager in preparation for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM information of clients and ensure all necessary due diligence to support the accuracy and compliance of all customer transactions and activities and raise issues where appropriate.
- Act as primary liaison with other TDBG partners and external professionals for administrative purposes.
- Maintain a level of expertise in dealing with the back office in relation to transfers, account openings, etc.
- Act as a secondary contact to the PM for client relationships. Partner with the PM to deliver the best solutions for clients.
- Create a legendary client experience reflective of the client segmentation.
- Complete familiarity and adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements and the need to handle situations with tact, discretion, and polish.
- Prioritize and handle your own workload to meet service level agreements requirements for service and productivity.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes.
- Participate fully as a member of the team, suggest improvements, and support a positive work environment that promotes service to clients, colleagues, partners, the business and Bank.

Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or in a relevant field with aspirations for CFA/CPA/MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Successful candidates will be required to be licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
