Role Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Recruiter to join the Symphony HR group on a part-time basis (3 days/week) for a 5-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC). If you are passionate about talent acquisition, efficient pipeline management, and conducting impactful initial interviews, we want you on our team.
In this role, you will act as the vital first line of review for our incoming application pipelines, ensuring a seamless, high-quality initial screening process.

- Pipeline Assessment and Creation: Review high volumes of inbound resumes and applications across Engineering, Product, and Business pipelines against structured role requirements. Source candidates aligned to business needs.
- First-Round Screening: Conduct initial video screening interviews to gauge core technical qualifications, logistical alignments, operational motivations, and cultural fit.
- ATS Operations: Take full ownership of data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), moving applicants smoothly through milestones and ensuring no lag in the candidate journey.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as a polished and professional ambassador for Symphony, ensuring prompt, clear, and empathetic communication across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or initial candidate screening, ideally within a fast-scaling tech environment.
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding active listening and communication skills; ability to lead efficient, structured 30-minute screening conversations while accurately assessing candidate alignment.
- Advanced organization skills with a proven track record of synthesizing large datasets, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining database hygiene.
- Comfort navigating applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a strong plus) and working collaboratively across tools like chats and Google Workspace.
- A self-directed mindset capable of prioritizing a steady workflow across a dedicated 3-day workweek schedule.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and dashboard setup for executive leadership reporting.
Compensation:

Salary range: £2,500 – £3,000 gross/month (Equivalent to £25 – £28 / hour gross)
