Senior Customer Service Officer

Responsible for managing the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process, from customer order receipt and inventory checks to SAP order processing, shipment, delivery, and invoicing. The role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Global Service Teams, and logistics partners to ensure accurate and reliable product delivery across various channels and to resolve order and delivery-related issues.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing for assigned channels
• Monitor daily inventory, product shelf life and support order allocation
• Maintain accurate customer, SKU, and order-related data
• Coordinate operational issues with internal teams, customers, and external partners
• Manage additional CS, inventory, and planning activities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods order management and Preferred SAP and more than 5 years.
• Strong Excel and numerical data management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient English skills required for effective collaboration and project execution in a global team (CoE, GBS)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to learn the business quickly and take on broader responsibilities over time
