Sales Representative - GTA NW (Contract)

The Sales Representative's mission will be to achieve and/or exceed planned territory/provincial objectives by budget and volume and maximize brand distribution through personal contact at licensee and retail level.
Territory is for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) - North West
This is a fixed-term contract role until approx. March 2027
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for calling on Government, Retail and On-Trade to achieve incremental orders and promote Suntory Global Spirits brands.
Consistent and constant pre-planning and review of territory coverage
Aggressive and dynamic shelf and facing management, menu and back bar placement maximizing distribution objectives
Maximize display and merchandising opportunities
Maximize on-premise and consumer penetration of brands
Know features and benefits of our brands as well as competitor brands
Develop and maintain overall beverage alcohol knowledge
Recognize competitive activity and assess opportunity for the company
Competently conduct on-premise training programs
Preparation and timely submission of required reports
Manage budgets to maximize effectiveness
Ensure all SAP account information is up to date
Some evening and weekend hours are needed
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business/Commerce preferred
Location: GTA NW
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Must have access to a reliable car, valid driver's license, min. $3M in insurance coverage and acceptable driving record
Must be physically able to lift 16-18kgs on a regular basis
Minimum of 2 years previously related sales experience - CPG preferred

CAD: Salary Range for Ontario is $60-65k, along with a RRSP match after 3 months, and medical/dental and wellness benefits starting on day one. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
