Role Responsibilities

完成地区销量,管理销售团队,制定销售策略、方案。

Achieve regional quarterly sales target, manage sales team performance and call plans, distributing regional sales targets and strategies for all channels.

a) 分配各渠道、各经销商、各担当销售指标/Distribute sales target by region by distributor

b) 提供精准销售预测/ Provide monthly regional sales forecasts by SKUs

c) 销售指标及执行谈判/ Negotiate sales target and execution plan

d) 合同谈判及跟进/ Negotiate distributor contracts and follow up

e) 配合市场部活动/ Coordinate with marketing team for the event.

f) 配合电商部门运作/ Coordinate with E-commerce team to monitor secondary pricing structure

1) 地区销售指标/ Regional sales target

a) 分配各渠道、各经销商、各担当销售指标/Distribute sales target by channel by distributor by sales person

b) 完成区域销售指标/ Achieve regional sales target

c) 月度季度指标回顾分析/ Analyze sales actual by month by quarter

2) 地区销售战略/ Regional sales strategy

a) 制定地区各渠道销售战略方向/ Setting sales strategies by region by channel

b) 设定适合各渠道发展的产品以及活动/ Setting appropriate product line and promotion for each channel

3) 协助制定新产品价格、稳定产品在区域内的销售价格体系/ coordinate the price setting for new SKU, monitoring the pricing structure in the region

4) 管理下属/ Team member management

a) 管理下属日常行为、完成个人销量指标 / manage team member behavior and reports, help them to achieve their individual target

b) 关注人才培养、了解下属特点,制定相应的发展计划,协调提供培训,提高下属的综合能力/ focus on team member development, provide training, improve individual ability

5) 管理区域内经销商/ Regional distributor management

a) 管理区域内经销商合理可持续性得销售产品、帮助经销商动销/ Manage distributor inventory through monthly depletions

b) 数据采集,关注销售、库存、动销的健康可持续发展,以确保产品进入合适渠道、合适终端/ Analyze Sales depletions and channel plans

6) 配合其他部门工作/ Coordinate with other support departments

a) 配合sales planning做好销售预测工作/ coordinate with sales planning dep, provide accurate sales forecast

b) 配合市场部、电商部做好活动的执行以及数据的采集,商讨更合适销售的方案/ coordinate with marketing team, E-commerce team to execute promotions

Qualifications

大学本科以上,英语熟练,8年以上工作经验,有5年以上管理经验。有财务基础,数Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English, with over 8 years of work experience and over 5 years of management experience. Having a financial foundation, numerical skills

据分析能力强,责任感强, 沟通协调能力强,谈判能力、组织协调能力、提案能力Strong analytical ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, negotiation ability, organizational and coordination ability, proposal ability
