Role Responsibilities
  • Perfect Store execution (6Ps)
  • Operational leadership of promotional teams
  • Sell-out and on-floor negotiation
  • Operational control and analysis
  • Execution of displays, pricing, front-of-store layouts, and planograms
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Business, or a related field
• Experience in retail and wholesale required
• 3-5 years as an Operations Supervisor
• Proven ability to negotiate on the sales floor
• Expertise in sell-out, inventory, and turnover
• Leadership with multidisciplinary teams

• Operational leadership in the field, with a constant presence on the sales floor
• Results-oriented and resilient in the face of challenges
• Strong focus on operational quality and flawless execution
• Commercial acumen and understanding of the shopper
• Continuous improvement and operational discipline
• Ability to optimize routes, processes, and team performance
• Analytical skills to act on data (sell-out, shelf space, prices)
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
