Marketing Supervisor

Role Responsibilities

As the Marketing Supervisor for Maker's Mark, you will leverage your deep understanding of Maker's Mark's "sweet, smooth, and approachable" flavor profile to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies. You will be dedicated to deepening the emotional connection between the brand and core consumer groups in China by telling the unique "Red Wax Seal" story and curating high-end lifestyle experiences, thereby driving the brand's sustainable growth in the premium spirits market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Localization

  • Develop annual marketing plans and budget allocation aligned with the global brand vision and tailored to the Chinese market.
  • Develop overall local brand communication strategy and execution
  • Lead the local IMC project covering both on and offline
On-Trade cocktail bar promotion and future master competition
  • Bar & Restaurant Channels: Plan and execute brand promotion activities for high-end cocktail bars. Collaborate with renowned mixologists to develop classic and innovative cocktail menus centered around Maker's Mark, enhancing the brand's penetration in cocktail culture.
  • Lead the overall planning and execution of future master competition, with strongly understanding and engagement on bar advocacy program
Digital Marketing & Community Management
  • Manage official social media accounts (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), outputting high-quality visual content and brand stories to create an immersive online experience of the "Star Hill Farm."
  • Operate KOL/KOC community, utilizing private domain traffic to precisely reach Bourbon enthusiasts and high-net-worth individuals.
Event Management & PR
  • Lead the planning and execution of major brand events, such as Christmas market and whisky L.
  • Promote the "Private Barrel Program" in China, maintaining relationships with core VIP clients and providing customized brand experience services.
Team Collaboration & Training
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and brand story training to frontline staff, enhancing their professional recommendation capabilities.
  • Manage external advertising agencies and vendors to ensure creative output meets brand tone and is delivered on time.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience in well-known spirits brands (especially Whisky or premium spirits), with at least 2 years of team or project management experience.
  • Proven track record of successful brand revitalization or large-scale marketing campaigns is preferred.
