Role Responsibilities
Market & Consumer Insights
Identify business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving consumer behaviors through hands-on research and field checks
Brand Planning & Activation
- Co-develop (with Marketing Manager) and propose an annual marketing plan that is in line with the local growth strategy
- The Plan includes brand positioning, messaging, and target audience definition
- Contribute the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, PR, events, traditional advertising)
- Take full ownership of brand activations and activities from ideation to execution
- Propose and test new initiatives on a small scale, scaling up those with proven potential
- Identify and develop agencies that have core competencies relevant to SGS Korea Marketing needs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and overall brand metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct post-campaign and post-activity evaluations across all marketing initiatives to draw key learnings and actionable insights for future optimization
- Engage with and influence all the counterparts: SGS Korea Functions, Global Brand House
- Develop a strong partnership with the Commercial team, to continuously deliver maximum synergy between Commercial and Marketing activities.
- Manage and support all operations for responsible brand with the operation team.
Manage Marketing BI spending and its' effectiveness while aligning with Finance and Commercial
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of progressive experience in brand marketing and marketing management
- Education background in Marketing or Business is preferred
- Fluent level of English proficiency required for both written and verbal communication
