Role Responsibilities
Commercial Performance
- Deliver sales, profitability, volume and market share objectives for assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute annual customer business plans aligned with company commercial priorities.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, inventory, margins and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage customer P&L and optimize return on investment across commercial initiatives.
- Support forecasting and demand planning processes in collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies across multiple sales channels to accelerate business growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by developing relationships with emerging customers and strategic accounts across different channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Develop customer growth strategies based on business insights and shopper understanding.
- Lead regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance and define action plans.
- Ensure proper management of customer financial processes, including collections, credit notes and account reconciliation.
- Develop and onboard new customer accounts while strengthening existing partnerships to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Support the expansion of the company's commercial footprint by identifying and developing new routes to market and customer segments.
- Ensure excellent execution of commercial, promotional and trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor pricing, assortment, merchandising, visibility and promotional activities across assigned customers.
- Conduct regular market and customer visits to identify opportunities and improve execution.
- Drive implementation of category and brand initiatives that strengthen customer performance.
- Lead the execution of commercial initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in brand standards and customer experience.
- Coordinate cross-channel activation plans to maximize execution excellence and business performance.
- Drive the development of new commercial opportunities across Retail, Wholesale, Traditional Trade and emerging channels, according to business priorities.
- Build scalable commercial relationships with new accounts that contribute to sustainable business growth.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and customer needs to recommend new channel development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and develop new customer partnerships and commercial initiatives.
EDUCATION/LANGUAGES
• Bachelor as a most, Master Degree optional.
• Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial, Sales Executive, KAM, or similar.or related roles.
• Experience managing key customers within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Beverage or Spirits industry is preferred.
• Experience developing customer business plans and commercial negotiations.
