As HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and wider UK & Ireland HR team to deliver an excellent HR service to our employees throughout the employee lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR Business Partners across day-to-day activities
- Assisting with employee queries and HR administration
- Helping deliver employee engagement and DEI initiatives
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Contributing to HR projects and team priorities
We're looking for someone who is proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in HR.
- Recently graduated or due to graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Eagerness to learn
- Previous experience of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of Canva (desirable but not essential)
Hybrid role based in our Springburn Office in Glasgow
