The HR Coordinator will be an ally for the fulfillment of business objectives through human resources strategy (Talent & Development, Training, Diversity, RSE) to reach the ambition of being one of the world's most admired premium spirits companies. He/she will report to Sr HR Manager - Latam
This role will be present throughout the employee's life cycle, in order to retain, attract and motivate talent.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees and leaders in the business: coaching on Human Resources processes, policies and other HR-related topics.
- HRBP for Merchandisers. Supporting all the process with labor relationships, culture, adapting to this new process
- Will be actively participating in different HR projects regarding Diversity and Inclusion, Training and Development, Social Responsibility, Labor Relations, Communication and Recruitment.
- Develop cultural, wellbeing and engagement initiatives in response to business needs to ensure we maintain our Great Place to Work certification.
- Partner with cross functional teams.
- Identify and execute on continuous improvement of HR programs and processes to improve the overall employee and manager experience
- Supporting administrative tasks.
- Interpret available data and identify potential interventions to continuously improve the workplace and employee experience.
- Manage employee relations topics as they arise, and take appropriate measures to root cause issues and rectify
- General support of the Senior HRM when appropriate.
- Highly empathetic with an ability to develop strong, trusting and mutually beneficial relationships, and influence at all levels of the organization
- Customer, results and solution orientated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a good eye for detail
- A true team player, able to comfortably navigate complex matrix environments effectively
- Ability and hunger to strive for continuous improvement and lead change.
- Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
- Comfortable with the unknown and step in to support others navigate change
- Ability to communicate concepts by adjusting messaging to the audience
- Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues/problems.
- Digital skills. Including MS Office (excel, power point)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business.
- Fluent English Written & spoken
- Spanish Written & Spoken
- Years of experience-3-4 years
- Level of Experience: HR Business Partner/Generalist role.
