Role Responsibilities
- Coordinación y supervisión de las operaciones a realizar por el personal bajo su responsabilidad.
- Gestión reuniones equipo y realización de los planes de acción generados.
- Asistencia y participación reuniones.
- Participa en la estandarización de procesos.
- Gestionar el desarrollo de los operarios de la destilería. Proponer las necesidades de formación para el mejor rendimiento de los/as empleados/as.
- Gestionar la implementación de la cultura de mejora continua entre los/as operarios/as. Gestión del presupuesto.
- Supervisión de la calidad del producto.
- Gestión de proveedores externos.
- Gestión documental destilería (consumos, stocks, necesidades, averías, etc.).
- Seguimiento KPI's del equipo.
- Análisis de problemas (RCA). Supervisión de OPL y SOPs.
- Funciones de apoyo al resto de departamentos y al propio.
- Supervisar que los paneles están actualizados.
- Divulgación y traspaso de conocimientos y experiencia en tareas y equipos concretos.
- Apoyar en la mejora continua de las 5S y promover mejoras en el Mantenimiento Autónomo.
- Gestión de datos en GMAO, MES y SAP.

- Mínimo 2 año experiencia en entornos similares de trabajo (preferiblemente destilería)
