The GTR Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for best-in-class customer marketing, activation, and category management for the Americas region. This role requires collaboration with both Brand Marketing and Commercial contacts to execute our strategic and channel objectives in alignment with global brand plans. The role demands a relentless focus on creating and deploying comprehensive 360 campaigns driven by customer centricity to excite, engage, and convert shoppers to purchase both in-store and online. Additionally, the manager will support premiumization across multiple touchpoints to ensure the continual elevation of brand execution and shopper experience.

Role Responsibilities
• Develop the annual customer marketing plan in close collaboration with Key Account Managers for key customers in the region based on global brand strategies and regional priorities.
• Build broad-based knowledge of key global and regional trends as well as competitive environment
• Develop insight-driven and category growth-led customer propositions.
• Manage Brand Investment through budgeting, tracking, and implementation of expenditures.
• Co-manage the P&L with the Key Account Manager, delivering ROI on all marketing activities.
• Deliver activation, visibility, and promotional plans, ensuring tactical activations and long-term visibility objectives are executed brilliantly, with a focus on key strategic locations and premiumization.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and consumer events in line with brand guidelines to achieve overall brand objectives.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to define and implement brand digital strategy across retailers' e-commerce sites and social media platforms.
• Serve as the key point of contact for customers regarding marketing initiatives and collaborate with the Commercial team to manage business performance.
• Build best-in-class partnerships with customers, team members, and domestic market contacts.
• Review activation tools for effectiveness and work with the Brand Marketing team to enhance engagement and impact.
• Conduct category analysis to report on performance (depletions) versus the category to understand overall performance.
• Review activation and promotional effectiveness and recommend actions to improve performance as needed (ROI).
• Drive online conversion using the most relevant platforms and digital tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of trade/customer/shopper/consumer marketing experience in the FMCG / Travel Retail industry.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Relentless focus on best-in-class execution.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Customer and results oriented.
• Strong understanding of the Americas market and passenger demographics.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed.
• Experience in the travel retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Miami, Florida is $110k-115k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
