Commercial Marketing Coord. Retail

Role Responsibilities
• Develop a solid understanding of retail customers to support short and long-term business growth.
• Assist in creating customer plans through profitable activities aimed at increasing sales.
• Support the development of e-commerce strategies to boost sell-out for focus brands in retail.
• Execute marketing plans in the retail channel, monitoring brand strategies and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail clients.
• Identify business growth opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team, contributing to actionable plans.
• Assist in the forecasting and management processes with the Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Participate actively in key planning forums such as Annual Planning and Strategic Planning.
• Support the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process to develop solid plans for retail clients.
• Help with requisition preparations, monitoring purchase orders, and following up with suppliers for invoice processing.
• Monitor and control the marketing budget for retail activities.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Analyse promotional materials and options for brand representation in retail.
• Track the development and performance of promotional activities within the retail channel.
• Provide administrative support to the trade marketing team, including purchase orders process, organizing documents, and maintaining databases.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/LANGUAGES • University Business degree.
• Fluent English Written & spoken
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
• Years of experience: 5 years of experience in Trade Mkt area.
• Industry experience: 2 years in retail focused role
• Travel: Availability to travel to close regions (30%)
• Capability to analyze data (Sell in, Sell Out) for our top clients looking for the best recommendation for our JBP.
• Knowledge about the commercial capabilities of each of our clients.
• Knowledge of basic finances, looking for ROI of each Stores.
• Knowledge about the market industry in terms of Iscam
