The Associate Field Marketing Manager will help drive disciplined field marketing execution across priority brands, geographies, channels, and customers. This role is built for a transformation environment where priorities, processes, and support structures are evolving, requiring strong ownership, resourcefulness, prioritization, and the ability to operate effectively with leaner support.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Brand Marketing, distributors, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate portfolio priorities into commercially grounded, high-quality execution. You will help manage programming, budgets, agency coordination, tracking, and reporting while supporting smarter, more consistent ways of working across markets.

• Support total portfolio field marketing planning and execution across assigned geographies, channels, and priority brands

• Translate national and regional priorities into clear market plans, calendars, and executional deliverables

• Coordinate sampling, events, activations, POS, trade programming, and promotional materials across markets

• Manage day-to-day agency, vendor, and partner coordination, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, recaps, invoices, and reporting expectations

• Support BI planning, budget tracking, reconciliation, program reporting, and post-program learning across portfolio priorities

• Identify risks, gaps, trade-offs, and opportunities to simplify or improve execution quality in a lean-support environment

• Help establish repeatable tools, templates, tracking, and recap standards that improve consistency, speed, and accountability across markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred

• 3-4 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, commercial marketing, sales, agency, distributor, CPG, retail, hospitality, or related experience

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables with limited oversight

• Comfort with budget tracking, reconciliation, procurement processes, reporting, and performance learning

• Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize information, clarify next steps, and influence cross-functional partners

• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make practical recommendations in a fast-paced transformation environment

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce.com, SAP, or similar systems experience a plus

• Knowledge of on- and off-premise channels, spirits categories, premium brand building, and market execution preferred

• Ability to travel up to approximately 15%
