Role Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of through the line marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and channels.
  • Social Media Management: Lead managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring brand mentions.
  • Digital: Leading the Jim Beam Australian website, updates, and CRM activity with Global team

  • Event Support: Support the planning and execution of brand-related events and activities.
  • Brand Strategy: Support in the development and implementation of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Innovation: Support the brand project owner on NPD projects and participate in the gate process across the Ready to Drink (RTD) & Full Bottle Spirits (FBS) portfolio.
  • Market Research & Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to gather insights that inform brand strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on brand performance and marketing activities. Support the execution of the local AMP strategy, identifying market opportunities and key drivers (where to play, how to win) and align with the Global Brand Hose & Regional strategy.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the brand budget and tracking expenses.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Partner with peers and other internal partners (Innovation, Commercial team, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure all Brand projects meet milestones and budgets/ROI.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years previous in consumer marketing experience
  • Business or marketing degree qualified
  • Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SAP/Power BI.
