Overview

The Sunrun Legal Team is seeking an experienced, meticulous, and energetic individual to work as a Senior Contract Manager. Under the supervision of attorneys on the Legal Team, you will work to provide a wide range of support on commercial, project finance, and corporate matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, implement, and maintain organizational systems for commercial, corporate, and project finance documentation.
  • Maintain checklists for commercial and project finance transactions. Lead condition precedent management for closings.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of NDAs and ancillary commercial agreements, utilizing CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools.
  • Manage complex closing mechanics, including the preparation of signature pages and post-closing obligation tracking.
  • Prepare execution copies of agreements and arrange for signature, as applicable.
  • Compile and organize executed agreements and related documentation for ongoing contract management.
  • Track and maintain records of all amendments, modifications, and supplements to agreements.
  • Prepare amended and restated versions of agreements, incorporating all prior amendments and ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Leadership and management of key governance relationships and associated workstreams, including those with Legal Team vendors and sales affiliates.
  • Assist and work cohesively with attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals across the Legal Team, as well as outside counsel and their teams.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as needed and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4-7 years' experience in a commercial, finance, and/or corporate contract manager or paralegal role.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience in both law firm and in-house roles is a plus.
  • Active notary public commission is highly preferred.
  • Meticulous organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in multitasking projects, workloads, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Fluent in information technology, software, and systems, including, for example, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and CLM software.
  • Experience with project management across teams and executing on strict deadlines.

*This role is open to remote candidates. San Francisco or Lehi, Utah, is preferred.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$72,595.34 to $96,793.79
