As the Senior Marketing Manager, Seamless Connectivity, you will drive the integrated marketing strategy for Spectrum's Residential Internet, Mobile and Device portfolios, unifying multiproduct offers into one compelling value proposition. Lead cross-functional teams and bring creative programs to life across every touchpoint, making your mark on how customers experience seamless connectivity.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Define integrated offer strategies based on customer needs, competitive dynamics and business objectives
- Translate strategic plans into actionable offer requirements with clear constructs, eligibility, pricing, messaging and positioning
- Develop unified targeting, positioning and messaging frameworks to deliver a consistent value proposition across multiple product offers
- Create offer-driven briefs that guide Creative, Brand, Media and CRM teams on goals, audiences, messaging and key tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and strengthen portfolio storytelling throughout launches
- Manage offer integrity by aligning naming conventions, compliance requirements and lifecycle management
- Build, document and share offer frameworks, playbooks and enablement materials for clarity across partner teams
- Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps to sequence launches and marketing programs across Internet, Mobile and Devices
- Lead cross-functional teams to align deliverables, readiness requirements and operational plans for on-time launches
- Oversee launch execution, manage workflows, resolve risks and drive go/no-go decisions
- Track program performance and provide updates to stakeholders, optimizing programs based on learnings and codifying best practices

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience
Skills
- Functions and thrives in a high velocity, complex, multi-product, and multi-segment launch environment
- Ability to drive successful product and/or offer launches in consumer businesses
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to rationalize multiple offers/products into a single value proposition to target audience
- Significant experience with and ability to work within and lead creative, media, and CRM workstreams; able to partner across key marketing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- MBA or master's degree
Experience
- 10+ years across agency and corporate marketing teams
Skills
- Deep experience in consumer businesses such as Internet, Mobile and Devices
- Creative or marketing agency experience
- Fortune 500 marketing experience
