CO Salary Range: USD 155,600.00 - 275,800.00 per year

Are you ready to lead innovative IT initiatives that drive corporate strategy? As the Senior Director of IT, you will oversee Spectrum's IT function, including network infrastructure, application development, and enterprise systems. You will also lead the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversees a sector of the IT functional area
- Assist with setting the IT plan according to the IT and corporate strategy
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of hardware and software systems that support field business applications and local area networks/wide area networks (LAN/WAN) for employees
- Direct and deploy IT staff to ensure uninterrupted IT network support at maximum performance
- Ensure field compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures
- Accountable for the function's budgets and approves related capital expenditure
- Assist with the creation and successful management of multi-million-dollar budgets
- Assist with negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts with third-party vendors

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 10+ years IT work experience
- 7+ years leadership experience
- 5+ years project management experience

- Synthesize complex information under pressure, focusing on critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions
- Relay sensitive information to appropriate parties and keep stakeholders updated based on their needs
- Demonstrate technical skills with extensive knowledge of various tools and technologies
- Effectively manage operational and project budgets
- Lead others, provide constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Organize resources, establish priorities, and support new systems and applications
- Resolve problems and handle requests with a high sense of urgency
- Meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities

The base pay for this position generally is between $155,600.00 and $275,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
