How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build and implement reporting and application solutions to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction while reducing costs
  • Produce summary and detailed reports for key performance indicators using data from multiple databases and systems
  • Create ad hoc reports to quickly address business questions and deliver thorough insights
  • Develop technology documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of reporting and application solutions
  • Prepare communication materials to support deployment of new reporting and application solutions to end users
  • Assist in analyzing business performance by understanding company policies, procedures and practices
  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience across Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 2+ years of general systems and applications experience
  • 1+ year of data collection and design experienc

Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks
  • Skilled at decision-making and problem-solving under pressure
  • Effective prioritization and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
  • Proficient with personal computers and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively to resolve problems and handle requests
  • Ability to perform detailed business analysis and design
  • Ability to effectively consult with department managers and leaders
    • Understanding of cable television products and services
  • Knowledge of operating systems including desktop productivity software and client/server system architecture
  • Familiarity with database and reporting systems
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services
