Order Operations Analyst, Spectrum Business

Ready to leverage your analytical skills to drive efficiency and streamline service delivery at Spectrum Business? As an Order Operations Analyst, you will process and review post-sale orders, diagnose issues, and ensure accurate account management. Your expertise will shape the order lifecycle and support the seamless implementation of Spectrum Enterprise solutions, making a measurable difference across our Service Delivery organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Analyze orders after sale completion and process accounts accurately using Spectrum's systems and tools
  • Ensure timely and precise order entry into the billing system to facilitate service delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to execute service implementation within expected timelines
  • Coordinate efforts with internal departments to maintain Service Level Objectives
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex implementation issues to drive orders forward
  • Gather and interpret data elements to recommend improvements to Order Operations leadership
  • Develop and maintain order monitoring based on tasks, goals, and time frame requirements
  • Communicate clearly with various organizational levels and engage clients to clarify order details, including contract revisions

Required Qualifications

Education
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or one-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience
  • 2+ years customer service, order entry, or order management experience
  • 2+ years of data entry experience
  • 2+ years of advanced telephony or data industry experience
  • 2+ years project management or project coordination experience
  • 2+ years working with SalesForce or similar CRM tool
  • 2+ years telecommunications or cable industry work experience
