Operations Specialist I, Community Solutions

Looking to play a key role in managing telecommunications contracts for residential properties? Spectrum seeks an Ops Spct I, Comm Sol to oversee Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) contracts, maintain accurate records and deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams. Your skills will ensure the smooth execution of agreements and safeguard Spectrum's interests in every project.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Administer and maintain the MDU contracts program and database for Right-of-Entry and Bulk agreements
• Manage contract files to ensure accuracy and completeness for risk analysis
• Prepare and validate documentation for new and existing agreements based on established criteria
• Track project activity, report progress to leaders and coordinate with internal teams and outside organizations
• Review and approve contracts for signature, ensuring compliance with Spectrum policies
• Track and manage door fees, revenue sharing and payments, collaborating with finance as needed
• Prepare, notarize and record contracts and easements, representing Spectrum to agencies and clients

• Office environment with travel as required

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent industry or contract experience

• 2-4+ years of real estate or telecom industry experience

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Understanding of telecommunications laws and regulations
• Knowledge of cable billing systems such as ICOMS
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Ability to interact with peers, clients and professionals
• Negotiation skills and sound judgment
• Skill in prioritizing tasks and maintaining professionalism under pressure

• 2-4+ years of experience with automated reporting and analysis applications
• 2-4+ years of experience with contracts strongly preferred
