How You'll Make an Impact
- Design and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline business operations
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable strategies
- Assist leadership in coordinating continuous process enhancements to boost productivity, reduce errors and minimize business risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that advance service quality
- Implement lean six sigma methodologies to guide process improvement and variation reduction using measurement-based controls
- Maintain expertise in project management tools and methodologies to support effective execution
- Communicate project status and critical issues to stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Experience
- 4+ years of developing, implementing and maintaining large-scale process changes
- 4+ years organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from end to end
- 4+ years experience with strategic use of technology to enhance business processes
- 2+ years facilitation and leadership experience
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with peers, sponsors, staff, senior management, vendors and contractors
- Ability to present technical, functional and management information persuasively and clearly
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual abilities
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks based on management direction
- Proficient in analyzing internal data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive process enhancement
- Expertise in formal project management methodologies and implementation
- In-depth understanding of business processes, challenges and opportunities
- Ability to resolve delivery roadblocks in multi-organization teams without direct management authority
- Capability to analyze project needs and determine necessary resources

- Project Management Professional certification
- PMI-ACP certification
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate
Experience
- 4+ years developing, implementing and maintaining process changes across multiple organizations
- Experience introducing new technologies and standards
- Full project life cycle experience with custom development and package-based application deployment
- Experience in business process re-engineering or improvement utilizing information systems tools
- Experience managing projects in an agile development environment
Skills
- Ability to adapt to and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs
