NextGen Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a multi-year program leveraging emerging digital solutions to upgrade systems in concert with re-imagining and transforming our current processes to improve operational performance, enhance efficiency, improve data quality, and provide better integrated decision making. In this job, you'll be at the forefront of driving enterprise-wide learning, organizational readiness, and end user adoption by overseeing training delivery execution and the Training Command Center team. This role is critical in motivating change and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to successfully adopt the new technologies and processes introduced by NextGen ERP.

Responsibilities
- Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
- Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization.
- Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results.
- Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
- Identifies and manages resolution of major or complex project issues in order to meet goals of the project and maintain timeline and budget for the project.
- Implements, establishes, and maintains key strategic metrics that ensure project effectiveness.
- Maintains transparent and efficient resource planning and allocation process for ongoing projects within the assigned area of responsibility; Ensures all on-going project strategies are in compliance with SCE standards, as well as political and regulatory requirements when applicable.
- Develops resource and financial requirements from the project plan; Analyzes and determines regulatory impacts and requirements of the project.
- Analyses project portfolio performance and financial reporting, continuously improving reporting using multiple tools and key performance metric tracking; Facilitates the internal information exchange for key stakeholders by providing project status reports.
- Identifies project performance issues, analyzes and addresses them in a timely manner.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience in project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management experience, providing oversight and leadership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, key milestone execution, and resource management.
- Three or more years of experience leading training functions, which may include training logistics, training delivery, development or instructional design, data and performance monitoring, and/or learning technologies and models such as ADDIE or Enable Now, etc.
- Three or more years of experience leading or project managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale projects or programs, including complex ERP implementations, digital or other business transformations, ideally in a training, business readiness, or organizational readiness capacity.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or S4HANA applications, modules, functionalities, and/or integration points.
- Strong ability to collaborate and manage relationships, including with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, outcomes, and timely delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, influence, and presentation skills, including at the executive management level, to drive solutions, build trust, and obtain buy-in.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.

Additional Information
- This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
- The primary work location for this position is Pomona PIV2. However, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time at various locations throughout the SCE territory.
- Position will require up to 10% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
