In this job, you\u2019ll lead strategic safety culture transformation efforts, associated projects, and build cross-functional partnerships across various levels of employees and leadership.\u00a0 As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the enterprise, you\u2019ll be responsible for designing, developing and implementing safety culture strategy transformation efforts that constitute a significant portion of our roadmap to eliminating serious injuries and fatalities.

• Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes
• Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization
• Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results
• Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues
• Identifies and manages resolution of major or complex project issues in order to meet goals of the project and maintain timeline and budget for the project
• Implements, establishes, and maintains key strategic metrics that ensure project effectiveness
• Maintains transparent and efficient resource planning and allocation process for ongoing projects within the assigned area of responsibility; Ensures all on-going project strategies are in compliance with SCE standards, as well as political and regulatory requirements when applicable
• Develops resource and financial requirements from the project plan; Analyzes and determines regulatory impacts and requirements of the project
• Analyses project portfolio performance and financial reporting, continuously improving reporting using multiple tools and key performance metric tracking; Facilitates the internal information exchange for key stakeholders by providing project status reports
• Identifies project performance issues, analyzes and addresses them in a timely manner
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

• Ten or more years of experience in project management.

• Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Ten (10) years\u2019 experience leading large-scale OD and/or change management projects.
• Experience collaborating with team members, all levels of leadership, different departments and vendors to develop solutions, facilitate ongoing collaboration across varied groups, and cultivate stakeholder engagement/buy-in.\u00a0
• Experience coordinating or implementing business readiness activities including stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications to ensure business and operational readiness for change.\u00a0
• Experience achieving desired outcomes and actions through negotiation and influence.\u00a0
• Project Management Certification \u00a0

• This position\u2019s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
