The Project Staging Coordinator will assist in the coordination of operational and administrative activities of the Project Logistics Center (PLC), including receiving, shipping and managing project material. Perform special modifications as required and support other various logistical services.

Work Location: Cincinnati, OH (PLS Center)

We are looking for associates who:

  • Coordinate inbound shipments with sales, vendors and freight companies. Monitor and verify incoming shipments by checking items and quantities against supporting documents.
  • Create and maintain project folders of packing slips in a consistent and orderly manner. Close out and archive project folders as required within Project Management, Teams, and Eclipse.
  • Stay current with special project staging requirements that may arise for each job. Assemble, package, sort and label to meet special project specifications and modifications.
  • Understand complicated packing slips, special material, and components. Ensure accurate organization in accordance with project requirements.
  • Work closely with SE Region Sales, Ops, and Shipping departments to coordinate outbound deliveries, including scheduling of specialty equipment when required. Understand daily delivery functions, routes and transfer system.
  • Build relationships with project team to provide consistent, responsive service to the team and customers.
  • Provide support to project team in data entry of special components and material when necessary.
  • Assist in resolving all disputes as they arise throughout the project process. Work with project team and other Echo Electric departments to resolve problems.
  • Provide back-up support to SCWC when feasible.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or GED Required.
  • Valid driver's license (limited travel).
  • Minimum two years' experience in a unique environment of operations, distribution or logistics. Knowledge of Echo Electric system, processes, products is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic to work independently and cooperatively as a team player.
  • Attentive to detail and quality of all tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Point) Email & Internet Use.
  • Experience/knowledge of warehouse equipment and machines.
  • Ability to work across departments.
  • Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
