What you will do:
- Responsible for dispatching and scheduling both CDL and non-CDL drivers
- Responsible for communicating with customers regarding deliveries and special handling issues
- Analyze routes, reviewing driver logs, and maintaining records
- Help to resolve delivery issues by communicating with team regularly
What you will bring:
- Ability to adapt to various software systems
- Ability to solve practical probems
- Ability to deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
