The Senior People Analytics & Systems Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing People data dashboards and reporting infrastructure. This role ensures data accuracy, usability, and insight generation to support strategic workforce decisions. The Analyst also owns the HR tech stack and supports ongoing optimization of the HR technology stack to improve efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Dashboard Management
● Design, build, and maintain interactive People data dashboards
● Ensure dashboards are accurate, timely, and aligned to key People and business decisions
● Evolve dashboards over time to improve clarity, usability, and insight generation
● Standardize definitions, calculations, and reporting methodologies
Reporting & Business Support
● Provide reporting support to Shared Services and People Operations stakeholders
● Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support workforce planning, compensation cycles, retention analysis, and compliance needs
● Prepare data and visualizations for executive and Board-level reporting
● Translate data into clear summaries to support leadership decision-making
HR Systems & Data Integrity
● Conduct ongoing audits of the HR technology stack to ensure data accuracy and system optimization
● Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
● Partner with People Operations to improve workflows, integrations, and reporting capabilities
● Support system enhancements, implementations, and configuration updates as needed
Process Optimization
● Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual data processes
● Improve data governance practices and documentation
● Collaborate across the People team to streamline analytics-related workflows
Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience working with HR data, analytics, or reporting in a business environment
● Strong proficiency in reporting tools and dashboard platforms
● Advanced Excel or data manipulation skills; experience with HRIS data structures preferred
● Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and insights
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
● Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical audiences
● Experience working with ADP required
● Experience with 15Five, Mercer/Comptryx and Comprehensive is preferred
