Job Description
Compensation & Benefits
-
- Handle the payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely conduction, including checking salary data, monitoring payroll systems, leave data, provident fund, taxation, medical and life insurance administration
- Maintain the HR system data accuracy by p-file management, HRIS data maintenance, HR report preparation
- Ensure all compensation practices comply with Hong Kong labour laws, tax regulations, and Provident Fund requirement
- Keep abreast of latest employment-related ordinances to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Conduct benchmark and analysis to ensure market competitiveness of compensation and benefits practices
- Prepare timely HR metric and data analysis reports for Management reference when required
HRIS Project
-
- Oversee the full lifecycle of HRIS implementation, from requirements gathering to configuration, UAT, deployment, post-go-live optimization, and customization.
- Collaborate with other business stakeholders in HR departments to align HRIS capabilities with organizational needs and ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including training, communication, and user adoption plans, to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors to meet project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Generate documentation with the team, such as project proposals, business cases, status reports, etc.
Talent Acquisition

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and contract preparation
- Follow up the pre-employment checks
Employee Relations
-
- To be the first point of contact for all employees and deal with day to day queries and requests
- Collaborate with department managers in trainings arrangement
- To plan monthly social and well-being activities for the employees with proposal
HR Operations
-
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and contract preparation
- Follow up the pre-employment checks
- Facilitate Induction alongside the House Trainer
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources services, pre-, on- & off-boarding process

What we look for…
- Progressive Human Resources management experience in hospitality or related industry
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of people.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with the local employment law and experience with employee investigations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A strategic thinker and a self starter
