Junior Graphic Designer
The Role..
The Junior Graphic Designer is a key member of Soho House’s in-house creative and communications team. This role supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality visual output across all Soho House touchpoints, working across both print and digital platforms.
The designer will contribute to the evolution of Soho House’s visual identity, with a particular focus on supporting the Partnerships, Events, and Retail teams. Working closely with the Creative Director and wider creative team, the role offers the opportunity to take ownership of individual design briefs, manage projects from concept to delivery, and collaborate with global Soho House teams.
This is an exciting role for a proactive, detail-oriented designer looking to develop their craft within a fast-paced, creatively ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Output
- Design and deliver creative work across Soho House branding and visual identity.
- Contribute to printed and digital communications, including member and social communications
- Implement graphic design for events and physical spaces.
- Design internal and external presentations.
- Create graphic assets for social media and digital channels.
Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Take ownership of assigned design briefs, working from initial concept through to final execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and creative team to deliver cohesive, on-brand work that reflects Soho House standards.
- Work independently where required to support local Soho House teams globally, while remaining aligned with central creative direction.

Brand Consistency & Craft
- Maintain consistency across all visual outputs in line with Soho House brand guidelines.
- Apply strong typography, layout, and design fundamentals across all work.
- Stay informed on creative trends across design, fashion, art, advertising, and technology, bringing relevant inspiration into projects.
Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years experience working as a junior graphic and/or digital designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, typography, branding, and art direction across both print and digital formats.
- Excellent design fundamentals and a strong aesthetic judgement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience with animation for social media and video is a bonus
