Gym Receptionist - Soho House Istanbul

We are looking for Gym Receptionist with the qualifications below:

• A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members
• Instructional and motivational skills
• Being approachable and reliable
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Service oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays 
• Spoken and written fluency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome and care of the guests during their stay at Cowshed Active 
• Contact person for our guests and employees
• To issue towels and acceptance of returning towels
• Preparation and issuance of non - alcoholic beverages
• Efficient appointment of personal trainings in prior consultation with our fitness trainers
• Expert advice tour guests about the full range of courses, personal training and fitness equipment of the Cowshed Active area
• Creating vouchers
• Billing of services the guest has used at the end of their stay
• Compliance with order and cleanliness in the complete Cowshed Active Area
• Replenishing towels and products
• Filling up the water jugs and provide fresh glasses
• To assist and to ensure that all new starters feel welcome and settled in their new role
