Only 30 minutes from the House in Barcelona, Little Beach House is a place for our Members to relax, eat and drink overlooking the beautiful bay of Garraf.
Little Beach House has a Club area filled with costume made furniture and carefully curated art, looking out across the Mediterranean Sea. An open-air terrace and rooftop for relaxation and to enjoy our traditional local dishes from the Club menu.
The stretch of beach right in front of the House has striped sun loungers, a beach bar and we host daily yoga classes and paddle surf among some of the activities.
The 17 bedrooms of the House all come with custom-designed rugs, lamps and arts made by local artists, as well as our Cowshed in-room amenities and spacious balconies with undisrupted sea views.

We are seeking for a charismatic, enthusiastic, hands on and goal driven General Manager, with a solid experience in Food and Beverage and a strong focus on service standards.
As the General Manager you will be leading a diverse team of young talents and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the House and the next door Chiringuito, La Caseta.
In this role you will be reporting into the Head of Operations for the Southern European Region, and supported by the Barcelona support team in terms of Membership, Communication, Finance, Purchasing and Human Resources.
Main Duties…
- Service is a key element to the success of the House. Service standards must be consistent and maintained. In order to assure the excellence, the training to our team must be held regularly, ensuring all staff knows and follows our service standards.
- You will be leading the daily operations of the House, welcoming the clients, assuring the Rooms, the Club, La Caseta and public areas and every team member is ready for the service, controlling the individual bookings, groups and private events.
- Quality of food and beverage products will be part of your responsibility, assuring the food and beverage products are appropriately priced and in-line with the customer demand as well as providing profitability.
- You will be reporting weekly food, beverage, variable and wage costs, ensuring that they are aligned with the budget and forecast. Participating with the support team with the room revenue strategies and special offers.
- The training and wellbeing of the Little Beach House team will be part of your responsibility by promoting inter-departmental interactions, creating a safety and quality working environment, overseeing benefit programs such as Awards & Employee of the Month, conducting leadership evaluations, promoting staff when employment opportunities arise, publishing the rota in advance, controlling the attendance, promoting the team events and activities in collaboration with the People department, etc.
- All housekeeping and maintenance standards will be part of your main responsibilities. You will coordinate with the heads of department of Soho House and Support office all the repairs, cleanings to ensure all local regulations, maintenance of the equipment are in an operable condition.
- The Marketing of the House will be one of your key responsibilities identifying and developing sponsorship opportunities and strategic alliances, identifying sales opportunities and creating special events with prospective clients in collaboration with internal departments.
Requirements /Qualifications…
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a Hotel with a high volume Restaurant.
- Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture.
- Proven experience in managing a diverse and young, talented team.
- Able to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasive.
- Flexible and passionate professional with food and beverage experience.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Social Media
- Proficient in English, Spanish and ideally Catalan.
- Proven ability to manage teams through effective leadership skills.
- Detail oriented, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Skilled and experienced at difficult decision-making.
