Our Front Office team plays a central role in shaping the member and guest experience — and now, we’re looking for a motivated intern to join us.
The Role
As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of the House, supporting the Reception team to deliver warm, thoughtful, and seamless service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming members and guests with a personalised approach
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answering questions and providing recommendations
- Supporting administrative tasks and front office coordination
- Ensuring the lobby and front desk areas always reflect our high standards

During your internship, you’ll receive hands-on training to develop both operational and communication skills, helping you grow into a confident hospitality professional.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying and seeking a hospitality-related internship
- Available for at least 19 weeks
- A natural communicator with a warm, friendly presence
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
