We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Club Restaurants whilst delivering exemplary service. As Floor Manager you will be on the floor supervising the restaurant, communicating closely with the floor and kitchen team and serving drinks and food to guests. You will support the Club Manager in training, developing and nurturing the team. You always create genuine connections with the members to deliver the home away from home experience.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar management role
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Have time management, organisation and admin skills
- Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
- Resilient and capable of managing stressful situations
- Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction
