F&B Host/Hostess

The role

We are seeking a passionate Host/Hostess to join our F&B team.

As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

Main Duties

• Welcoming guests to the venue
• Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
• Managing reservations through OpenTable
• Provide menus and deliver water and drinks, if needed
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the House restaurants
• Provide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the members and guests needs
• Perform tasks to support the waiters and other staff members
• Greet customers upon their departure

Requirements Skills

• Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction.
• You have to be reliable, flexible, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success
• Fluent in English
• Only those Hosts/Hostesses who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
• Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
• Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required.
