The Role…
As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead by example in service, support the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential.
Main Duties...
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with confidence and consistency
- Lead, support, and inspire the team during busy service periods
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
- Assist with stock management, rota, ordering, and opening/closing duties
- Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards
What We Are Looking For…
- Previous experience as a barista
- Supervisory or team-leading experience in a busy café environment
- Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences
