Bar Manager : Soho House Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead the bar operation at Soho House Tel Aviv, ensuring excellent service, strong team leadership and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily bar operation and maintain high service standards.
• Manage, motivate and develop the bar team.
• Ensure a warm, knowledgeable and consistent member and guest experience.
• Oversee scheduling, briefings, training and team performance.
• Manage stock, ordering, inventory, wastage and beverage costs.
• Support cocktail menus, seasonal drinks and special events.
• Ensure consistency, cleanliness, safety and compliance across the bar.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Events teams.
• Handle feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Lead by example during busy services.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a senior bar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Experience managing stock, costs and team performance.
• Passion for hospitality and creating an excellent member and guest experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English; Hebrew is an advantage.
